St James End Post Office

It's been 5 days since I'm trying to get my parcel and they are always closed at 4pm. It says they close at 5:30pm, yet no one is there at 4pm. Called the complaint line and they confirmed this particular postoffice is closing at 5:30. They advised me to leave an online complaint on their site, which I did.
It's completely unacceptable.

This place is utterly useless and should be shut down closing time stated 5:30 and I arrive at 5pm so have been closed a minimum 30 minutes early. When it is open staff are obnoxious and rude! Terrible post office.

Tuesday 17:00 - CLOSED
Wednesday 16:53 - CLOSED
Thursday 17:05 - CLOSED
Friday 16:42 - CLOSED

4 attempts so far to collect my package, what a joke.

Got here 1.20pm on a staurday based off Google saying they were open until 2.30pm. They were infact closed

This post office has closed down.

Closing time is not true !! They always close at 4 pm !! Get there at 3:50 pm max !! If not you won’t see anyone there! It has to be updated. Wish they opened till 6 pm at least.

Best post office in Northampton. Despite there being queue,the young man got through everyone quickly,and was polite and helpful. All businesses should be run like this !!
