Post Office

Not enough counter staff. Waiting time to be attended to is unacceptable. Lady on cashier number two was helpful and courteous. Any other staff that I have encountered were lacking in social manners.

The Asian lady on the counter with glasses is so rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. She talks to customers like dirt. Has a serious attitude problem and thinks she is above everyone else. Needs to sort her manners out

Usually a pleasant experience,but visited today with my baby. Waited behind the one customer being served at the counter. The cashier could clearly see me. Another man came in behind me. When the customer left the man behind me pushed forward.I expected the male cashier to say "the lady was first" but no nothing...as my baby had started to cry I spoke to the pushy man who then verbally abused me in the shop all in front of the cashier who did nothing.
The man was obviously ill or maybe just a horrible person but that doesn't excuse the fact the Post Office condoned his behaviour.
If I'd of worked there I would have called the Police.
Not good for a woman on her own to go into the Post Office with her baby and pram to post a parcel and be abused.

I’d give no stars if possible, staff were rude, unhelpful and very sarcastic not sure how they got a job here but if you can avoid this post office I would. You would get more help from a toddler than this lot.
