The Post office is very scruffy and it always smells.

Saw a £9.73 charge on my bank statement a few days later when I litterally dropped off a pre-paid parcel and purchased 2 chocolates (less than £2). It was pouring with rain and I had my kid in a pram so wasn't paying attention to the card machine. Will be using the post office on the other side of the station from now on.

Staff can be very abrupt and rude at times. Some don’t know what their doing and tell you to come back when the “man” is in. Sometimes it’s randomly closed when it should be open.

Like that you can have parcels from Royal Mail and Amazon directed here. But it does take a while for them to locate items.

Whenever I’ve gone there, always had to wait in a line. Service is a bit slow. Been a few times where I’ve had to leave to get on with my work as it’s too long a wait.

Very rude!
I came to post a parcel and was told "Are you from the other side (South Oxhey), because you have a post office on your own side"
I actually live in Carpenders Park, but that is irrelevant to be honest, can I not go to any post office?!?!

I asked why he asked that and he claims its because he knows everyone in Carpenders Park, well clearly not.

this post office is saving the UK economy. Due to its low prices, this means consumers are more willing and able to purchase goods and services here, hence consumption rises, and aggregate demand shifts right (since consumption is a component of AD). This causes a rise in price level (allowing the UK to reach for its 2% inflation target), and also a rise in real output (and hence causes economic growth). I can confidently say this brilliant post office with exceptional customer service (even tho it may be a little scruffy looking) is single handedly carrying the UK economy! Rock on owner!!!

A little slow on service, I sometimes go to another Post Office if the line is too long.
