Freckleton Post Office

Open late on weekends,

Was in about a year ago, an nothing has changed. Same rude women behind the till that refuses to help with anything. No point it being a post office if you can do anything apart from send a letter. As that is apparently all its there for. Avoid at all costs!

Extremely racist staff. They should be ashamed of themselves. Will definitely be taking further action. All lives matter, no matter who or what you are.

Maybe a few days training at Kirkham post office will teach her how to be respectful to her employers customers.

There’s a sign outside the Spar stating that they are also work as a Post Office.. funny that when they REFUSE to take parcels.

Disgusting customer service & extremely rude staff. Last time I’ll be seen in that shop.

Avoid at all costs & visit Kirkham Post Office instead.

Staff are very rude, i have been ignored at the till on multiple occasions. Was made to queue twice only to be told they wouldnt send my parcel and to leave. I drive to preston where the service is miles better
