Royal Mail Ealing Delivery Office

Open 7am-12:30, making it almost impossible for many people to go any day but at weekends.

This means if you miss a parcel on Monday you have to wait until saturday if time can't be taken off work.

Why cant royal mail just deliver to automatic collection points? It's 2019? Or next best, how about opening past lunch time like any other business?

For two times already the postman did not ring the bell and only left the red card. When I went to the post office to pick up my items the person there was not friendly and said that this postman works for this company for years and was impossible for him to do this. The opening times on the door were as well different from the ones in the website when I questioned about this, the response was that they are not Royal Mail and they do not have the obligation to update their times in the website (??). Today for the third time the postman came, left 2 red cards and did not ring the bell or even tried a neighbour. I am working from home and this causes me big delay in my work when I could just have open the door if he had rang the bell. Someone really has to do something because the person in this branch was not really interest in listening me as customer.

My parcel wasn't redelivered on time so I had to pick it up. However, the staff in this DO is friendly and apologized for the delay. No queues at 11 a.m. You can park for your own risk just in front of the DO.

I wish Google would give me a pound every time someone asked " where's my parcel", we are reviewers not clairvoyants. My experience of this Mail Centre has been constantly positive, even with the pressures of 3 lockdowns, the Mail staff have continued to provide a near normal service. Yes, some items have been delayed a couple of days, but the alternative is for Royal Mail to shut down completely, then that would give the whingers something to rant about. I can tell you where the Mail Centre is, but I have no idea where your item is, or when it's arriving. Stay safe and be patient..

Very uneducated and rude staff. I have asked a simple request and I have got lied to. At 10:30 am staff on the front desk.

They don't deliver your parcels, they instead leave red papers (it's obviously lighter and they don't carry your parcel and will never ring at your door) in your mailbox with indications about where to collect your parcels and the place is closed after 2pm.
WE PAY FOR THAT SERVICE BUT YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB

Why haven't they shut this place down??

Next-day delivery? What a joke. My emergency contact lenses have been sitting in their office for 24 hours!! Just put us out of our misery and turn the building into flats...

Driver didn't call or knock, had a slip left behind and was told driver can't re-attempt the delivery until another day even though he's still out on the road. No customer experience, give me DPD anyday
