Waterlooville Post Office

I have a business and for years I used the central post office in Portsmouth and had constant issues and delays. I wish I used Waterlooville post office sooner.
They are so efficient and nothing is too much trouble. I go out of my way to deliberately use this branch. Raj and the team are a lovely bunch. I recommend this post office to anyone. I’m here a few times a week now with my business post and I refuse to take it any where else.
Best post office I’ve dealt with over 8 years of being in business. I can’t sing their praises enough

A PCR test was sent high priority 24 tracked and dropped off to list local post office on Thursday morning (Around 9am) on the 28/04/2022.
I explained to the staff how import this test was and needed to be there NEXT DAY (This post office was selected for the priority COVID mailbox).

** The item sent Thursday 08:57 didn't leave the building until the follow day **

As a result the PCR sample never got to the lab in time for our holiday.

A compliant review is underway with Royal Mail.

The incompetents cost me £220 for a rapid test and travel cost to Heathrow.

Avoid this place at all costs if you want any help with anything! I went there to sort out my passport and they were very rude and obviously don’t like customers!

01/2/23 - As a local business in the area and use the postoffice on a daily basis, Some of the staff in this branch are so rude, (mainly the man the works behind the counter, possibly the manager?) Most of my work colleagues have mentioned how rude he has been on many occasions, but i've not had alot to do with him personally, however today, but today I asked him for help with sending my driving licence off as it had expired only for him to say not today!!!, when I asked why he said not after 4pm and started serving the person behind me. I said but its 3.50pm, to which he replied i'm busy, ive got post to do in an abrupt manner! This man should not be working in a customer service role. His attitude is abysmal!!!!

I've just had to post an important consignment to Denmark and the new staff and owners Raj and Rashti were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they dedicated over an hour to helping me through the process which is not so straight forward now we're out of the EU. Thank you very much.

I am a regular customer to my local post office and I have no problem with dropping off parcels or anything! I use the drop and go service! Today I was asked to weigh my parcel for the first time in months which I never had to do before! Normal I would go in and pass them over and leave with proof of postage! I was rudely told I couldn’t post one of my parcels off over the weigh on the scale I put on one of my parcels. I told the young girl there, I always have posted my parcel at 80g without no problem! Rudely told that management doesn’t accept it and that she can’t post it unless I pay more to post it! I have never had any trouble from them until today! Definitely won’t be posting any of my future parcel there! I’ll be redirecting to go somewhere or find a different service!
