Thornhill Park Post Office

Tried to send a parcel which would be paid for by the recipient (recipient provided packaging with royal mail stamp saying they would pay) no one could process it.. said they did not know how to.

Very rude staff. Served 2 people before me I spite of my waiting very patiently for a long time. I was not given a receipt for my transaction and when I asked why I was told I didn't ask for my receipt. We never have to ask for receipts when we shop. They are given to us normally by default. Why would I have to ask for it?

Had call to return a large and heavyish parcel to Amazon so took it to this post office with QR code for return label to be printed. The service and assistance I received was exceptional, friendly and very helpful.

Great friendly staff members and a good range of products with decent pricing.
