North End Post Office

Have used the Post Office on occasion as able to withdraw £5 from my bank over the counter if cash point outside not able to for whatever reason on the rare occasion.Ive found the staff very friendly,helpful and considerate and they are a real credit representing the Post Office.Also Spar shop very good with their various food promotions and offers and good range of food and drink;very handy for North End and Stamshaw Area with shop being open fairly long hours too.

You guys are doing a fantastic job so thanks from my family and I. You are providing a vital service.

Having said that and given how vital your services are, please could somebody amend/edit the opening hours on here to reflect your current circumstances? A lot of people turning up thinking you were open until 5:30pm when you actually closed at 3:00pm on 09/05/20.

3 places have told me they haven't received the letters I've sent from here. Got me in big trouble. Make sure you post the letters yourself

I never have any problem with them they doing. Everything good well done to all the staff working there

They are busy now. The queue is at the entrance. Better go in another office.

The staff are rude and unbelievably unhelpful. treat customers as children ordering them outside when nobody in post office section. Telling people to get out not a good customer relationship especially as not able to see who in store. Will not be back . No improvement after multiple complaints
