Park Barn Post Office

Renowned for losing packages according to Parcel Force. After 4 visits to track my package and many phone calls to parcel force (they were helpful) they finally found the package in the back room. Some staff seem less willing to look than others.

Your website says 6pm closing. Infact it 3.45pm.
Wasted journey to collect parcel.
Also I looked for telephone number to confirm my parcel was available but no number shown.
So I then decided to waste my time and fuel by driving to shop that has be closed for 2 hours.
How stupid am I.

Stench of rotting food, overwhelming I doubt the shop has seen a deep clean in a long time, post office times now mean cannot use it if work 9-5 apart from weekends, place needs a health and safety inspection and food hygiene

I’ve never thought about a Post Office much but this one has prompted me to leave a review. Despite the door being open and wearing a mask the stench of over ripe food and veg made me feel very sick. The shop itself is a mess and I don’t think the floor has seen a mop in a very long time.

A small shop with a rich Shopping experienceand Post Office. They have chinese, Japanese, Korean cuisine. Very friendly

The staffs that work here are very friendly! they have a good range of chinese, japanese and korean groceries! they also have amazing vegetables and fruit from all over the globe! the post office service is also very good, it was quick and easy! they also sell some stationeries and cards! i absolutely love the east asian food they sell! I would definitely recommend this place to you. When i went there, there was also the smell of incense; it was very pleasant.

Absolutely filthy inside, cluttered and filled with what I think is foreign rotting food, when I walked in I started Wretching, one of the isles was so badly obstructed I had to physically climb over the mail bags. There is food brought from well known supermarkets and marked up at a much higher price! He doesn’t seem to care that he must be violating so many health and safety rules and also that even with the door wide open the smell is enough to make you physically sick!

The man works there is so rude and impolite. Few times he served me with anger and attitude.
