Becontree Avenue Post Office

They should be open for customers at 7, but today I came at 8.10 and I waited 10 mins until someone came to their job! And when I complained about the poor service, the guy started to shout at me and told me that if I want to make a complaint, I’m free to do it. Absolutely shocked! I thought I will be able to post my letter quit before my job starts, but now I will be late, I’m upset and disgusted!

Agree somewhat rude staff, you can carry a parcel all the way there and the guy states the system isn't working - i highly doubt that's the truth as other post offices in the area are fine. So it feels like they just don't want to deal with u & don't actually want to be a post office!

not consistent on post office opening times

Rude, no eye contact! only use them because currently close to where I live and time can be a factor. Not very helpful and incredibly rude!!

Have used this post office for years with our business, and they have been the best! always helpful and going above and beyond to help businesses in the area, highly recommend.

WORST OFFICE EVER! So rude and told me there is no 2nd class and maid me pay near £8 for 1st class !! do not recommend at all! sack him royal mail

I don't know what expectations have these people, but this is a post office. And it might be busier or not, it's the same like any other, you don't go there for a hand massage or small chat.
I find this branch very efficient, I have used their services for more than a year now and still counting.

If there was a 0 star I would give that. Worst customer service ever. Guy is so rude, literally gets angry for nothing. If customers don't understand how to deal with a parcel he would keep yelling and never stop.

If anyone enjoys having an argument with this guy then that's the only time u should come. Apart from this there are other post offices nearby.
