Lovely staff, always friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful. Never seen customer service like it!

Staff is always happy to help - and shop is always stocked to the brim! Ended up buying 5 cards from the shop - great quality and selection!

Went in to post a expensive item the other day and gave me all the suitable options for it- including his own recommendation which would be the best value for me / my situation!

Worst post office I've ever come across. Rude and incompetent members of staff. Avoid like the plague.

Since Coppull post office recently had new proprietor the service is much better very helpful and it's gone back to being a POST OFFICE.

Now it's always open on time when I need it.

Please change the person who is working here or opening hours as he is ALWAYS late. We all are working too so a bit of respect will be nice. Its 9:12 and still CLOSE. so many people just came and turned out 😡😡😡

I've just been to post a parcel and yet again they are closed today due to a family emergency....I am disabled and you have no idea how much it takes for me to come to the post office only to find its shut again! Someone reliable needs to take it over!

Choose your own opening times ! I think Google needs updating to 'sometimes open, but definitely not at 9AM'
