Woodbridge Hill Post Office

Have used this post office for some years now and it has always been of a good standard. The current staff are very pleasant and helpful and also have found cheaper deals for me when posting parcels or larger items. Since the store's refurb recently it looks clean and tidy/well organised, which is no mean feat considering how small the area is. More than happy with this branch.

Visited today with my baby to post a heavy parcel. There was an issue with the pre paid label so the young dude serving did his absolute best to help find me the best deal, very attentive and offered help with getting push chair out the shop. Never been to a post office where they actually seem that nice or helpful so this was a welcome change!

I visited Woodbridge hill post office this morning with a problem sending a parcel back to Amazon. The man serving was so helpful and polite and made the process for me easier. Thank you again

Very helpful man on the counter, went out of his way to help me find and locate a parcel :)

Went here this morning to use top up letter for energy from the government. He was extremely rude and refused to serve me saying my bills were not dated within the last 3 months, even though it didn't say they had to be on the letter. But said it was a rule, when I asked him to show me where it said that, he refused to serve me and said I was rude. Very unhelpful at this post office, go somewhere else.

Great friendly staff. Always helpful and smiling. Shop is quite small; and with only two counters (sometimes only one during lunchtime), they can get quite busy with a long queue extending out on the street.

I love the small (and random) items they have in the shop.

Recommended to me.
They helped me with the proper packaging of a delicate item to be sent to Australia.
They even stayed after normal business hours, to accommodate me.
