London Road Post Office

I used this Post Office for their Digital Passport Renewal Service last Monday and received my new passport today. Great service. I know you pay a fee for this but to be quite honest it was well worth it. Photo taken, details checked and old passport sent off. Kept well informed of what was going on by the Passport Office too. Couldn’t fault the Post Office or Passport Office. Thanks

The most helpful/ friendly staff in both the post office and shop. Nothing was to much trouble for the two young men in the post office to all the customers they served, including myself. And the lady that served me in the shop was very helpful when I couldn’t find what I needed.

Went to this post office this Saturday morning with my daughter in law and two grandchildren to renew the kiddies passports. We were served by Nathan and we couldn't have had a more stress FREE visit. We were his total focus, he knew exactly what had to be done, had a super way with the children , especially while taking their photos and everything was sorted in three quarters of an hour. Wonderful service - thank goodness for personal service/contact. Thank you Nathan.

Staff in rymans & post office are all very Helpful & friendly but could do with one or two more staff tho in post office as it can get really busy most days & wish this crazy postal strike would finish .x

The staff are so lovely and helpful. I only use this post office because of the great service!

I politely asked the lady in this post office if there was anywhere in the city that had a collection later than 5. She told me that they collect later at the shirley sorting office. So I thanked her and drove there. On arrival I was told that not only was that completely false information, but that they couldn’t even process my letter at any time, as they are a sorting office not a post office. How very annoying. Now I have to try and post it tomorrow. Not the end of the world but the false information is so frustrating!!

Nathan is always so friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is to much. Infact all the staff have always been amazing.
