Boreham Post Office

First time I have been in here and hopefully the last. Only went on to collect a parcel and 2 people were in front of me. The guy in there was fine and chatty with the 2 elderly ladies in front of me, my turn at the counter and he doesn’t acknowledge me and carries on counting his Euros. About a minute passes still no word then he simply takes my card goes out back and hands me my parcel all without muttering a word or apologising for keeping me waiting.
Some people may say this was efficient but I think it was damn rude and will not buy anything from his shop in the future

Horrendous staff in boreham post office. Was told I can wait a while if I want my parcel posting as she was doing the banking. I had my 1 year old son in my arms and it’s 1 degree out. This isn’t the first time the women in here have been unpleasant, they are miserable! Won’t be using there rather drive further and get good customer service

Not a pleasant place. Didn’t Get asked if my parcel was to go within the uk or aboard?? But got asked if it was aboard straightaway!! Wonder why!! How do these type of people get jobs. Obviously racist or doesn’t like coloured people. Stay away!!

States closes at 16:00 Hours today but closed at 15:13 !!!! Having lost my local post office and driven to here as I though this would be a good idea. Nope. Bad Idea. Is the Post Office Doomed. If you can't send packages then yes it is.

Excellent Post office, staff always polite and friendly 👍 I use this shop on a regular basis and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond to help me track down my parcel. Since then I've used this post office a lot and it is one of the best in the area (I've been to many).
