Staff are miserable, opening times are never up to date and its never open due to staff shortage .... hello many unemployed out there would like a job need to sort it out either open or close it down

There is a young gril is a customer service she is new very aggressive unhelpful at all the way she speak with customer her attitude very poor she definitely shouldn't be on customer service accept this young gril the rest of customer are excellent on Broxtow lane post office I hope the Broxtow Lane post office Manerger read this massage have a conversation with the young gril how to tread politely with customer if she respect the customer definitely the customer more respect her

Closed again yesterday, what a surprise! It is such a shame no one cares to monitor this branch for service. It might as well close down and someone else can take on the Franchise who cares about the public and offering a suitable service
