Post Office - Manor Park

Great service. Very professional staff. Courteous and prompt. Didn't take much time to get served.

Decent service, although they don't smile much. Usually open later than other Post Office branches, very useful but can get busy around peak time.

At the beginning I had some bad experiences but gradually it improved. They started to provide me better service when I started to send bulk amount of parcels everyday. They offered me lots of good options and several times they tried to deliver my parcels at the last minute. Also, occasionally they gave me some gifts as well. Thanks for the gifts.

I went to this post office and was treated so badly by the lady who works there
She wears specs and sits at the front. Just read another person’s experience and i am sure he also had the same lady.
The lady at the front desk with specs is very rude.
She never apologises for her mistakes and blames on others for no reason while the mistake was hers.
She doesn’t apologise but says that it’s her tone and us customers have to bear with her anger issues and temperament.
I hope the authority’s see this and take her out of that post office as you are losing customers as i would never visit that post office and i am sure others have the same experience.
I wish to give this post office minus 1 star but it’s not possible.
I hope people like her don’t get to do this job and i hope others you are good at speaking skills, take her position.
Also there is another post office where you can do your post in and near east ham.

Whatever you do Do not come to this post office... I was in desperate need to drop of a letter at the post office but for some reason the sticky bit on the envelope wouldnt stick... I asked polightly if i could use some sellotape and she literally told me to buy it.. I said i just need a little bit and she declined again.. What made it worse was there was sellotape right in front of her in the draw.. I asked ahain and she said no but now rudely.... I will never go back to this place and i wish everyone well but im this case i dont.. Money will be there down fall if thats how there gonna treat people whom Care for others..

The best! Sent a package to my grandma and the lady serving was so friendly and helpful
