Kenilworth News & Fieldgate Post Office

Extremely rude staff and unhelpful, came in to return a parcel 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday (1.30pm) - was unnecessarily and repeatedly told how the staff member did not care what I wanted and that I should get out of the shop. I only asked one simple question, "can i send this parcel?" HUGE FAILURE HERE ROYAL MAIL

Always a very friendly, good humoured and excellent knowledgeable service.

Very polite and helpful staff. Raj was extremely patient and helpful as I was sending a parcel and had the best interests of his costumers at heart. A great example of what a family business can be and what others should strive for
