Post box - Royal Mail (The Broadway)

The Royal Mail double post pillar box outside The United Reformed Church in Chesham Broadway. These double post boxes are normally positioned outside the town's main Post Office. This was, but the Post Office has moved further up the High Street and what was the original Post Office is now the Phoenix electronic cigarette shop. However, at time of uploading these photos (July 2020), the Google Maps car drive-by images still show the Phoenix as the Post Office! No matter, the box is still very visible to would-be users. Perfect for pedestrian users but motorists are discouraged from entering the Broadway, though are allowed to. The immediate box location is protected by double yellow lines, but kerbside parking is available opposite the war memorial out of shopping hours, certainly for the 30 seconds it takes to post a letter.
Update Nov 2020 - its now been repainted and looks very smart indeed. Its also now been designated as an NHS Priority Postbox during the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
