Just a sorting office for royal mail no counter service however parcels can be collected from here.

Called to ask why my bank details had been delivered to a neighbour. The response was 'What do you want me to do about it?'

Updated from previous. Staff are great, however new opening times are shocking!! How on earth are people who work supposed to collect packages. Redelivery is up to 3 days later, much easier if I can collect. Start work at hospital at 8:30 so not much good.

The new hours are terrible. Recieved an email to say they attempted to deliver my parcel…. I asked someone stay at home all day and give their day off up waiting for a parcel i had ordered and PAID for next day delivery because I needed the item desperately and was at work so would not be home to receive it myself. My parcel was not delivered, despite there being someone there to collect it. And there’s no phone number to ring and how is people that work supposed to pick items up… when they close so early?! So couldn’t even collect it on my way home from work, and have to wait until weekend now. ridiculous.

Only open 8-10am is ridiculous, if you work how are you supposed to collect? , 16:00-18:00 would be more appropriate, and the service was unavailable today due to strike action, this is why people are using services such as DHL and Everi

Ridiculous, after waiting in for a parcel posted 10 days earlier only to nip out today to find a note behind my door. Can’t collect as office is closed and earliest re delivery is in 10 days - as far as I am concerned Royal Mail should drop the Royal and become Snail Mail - will not use them in future strike or no strike

Bone idle idiots. How can they get away with working a 10 hour week?
