The Green Post Office

I won't go back there again, I needed a parcel posted. She scanned and said we don't do this here, take it to kings norton delivery office the guy who I spoke to said I should have been able to take it to any post office but the lady based at King's Norton green couldn't be bothered to do it. The woman needs sacking I been there 3 times I will never go there again I wouldn't advise anyone to go to the post office in King's Norton Green

Visited this post office today and the lady behind the counter is so rude. After reading the reviews, I can see that she has been rude with a lot of people. She didn’t even bother to say hello. I asked if I can borrow tape from her. She literally threw the tape in front of me and went back to scrolling her phone.

Cannot give zero stars so had to give one! Which is even way too much!!! If there was a prize for the most rudest,obnoxious, miserable, woman then this lady would win 🥇 1st place!! The miserable woman knew I was waiting to be served yet continuously looked through her diary , so I made a point of coughing and even then she ignored me! When she looked at me and said” yea “!!!! Disgusting service!As for the young man behind the shop counter he was very friendly, maybe ‘miss miserable’ should go to attitude lessons, and the positive reviews about the lady being nice and friendly are fake and from off people who are obviously in cuckoo land!!

The chubby female that works there,seems right grumpy.
I use this store easier to park Pop in out easily.But rather go elsewhere then have a grumpy female with no customer service serve me.

Went in this morning. Lady behind counter continued counting stamps. Did not acknowledge me.Eventually decided to serve me.I said amazon parcel.She said" phone."That was it.Shame the Fold post office closed.

Lady behind post office is plain rude! Sits on her phone even when she’s serving you! If I could give 0 I would!

Wow what a miserable, Obnoxious, sour face woman who works behind the counter. If she doesn’t enjoy the job or people then she’s in the wrong job. I won’t be going again.

Agree with the previous comments. The lady behind the post office counter is very rude and has an attitude problem towards customers. She will sit there on her phone untill you turn up and make you wait until shes done. Clearly hates her job and is only still employed there because shes a relative. Makes you feel like you're not welcome and would prefer you to go elsewhere, so in the future I will be.
