Please advise. This Saturday 30th November a short, strawberry blonde haired young 'postman' for want of a better word, had a radio blaring whilst at 7.30 in the morning. The vehicle number plate is KT18 YGF or KT18 YTF.

I would like to question the approach of your employee. I found his attitude confrontational and he drove off once told that his music volume was inconsiderate at this time on a non working day on a residential terrace.

Please could you help by forwarding this email to anyone who deals with the Sevenoaks service.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of a Long haired man (grey with beard) driving a postman pat style van registration WV15 OYY.In a dangerous & concerning way!.Thats worrying!.

Awful delivery of packages service. They don't try to knock on door, with me waiting for delivery, just dropping the card in the letter box. Have many times the parcel delivered to different address and just signed off themselves for delivery. When complaining was told package was delivered to me but never been the case. Other's people packages dropped into our yard. Do not read or follow simple highly visible notes left on the door for them.

Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible. I guess the delivery person didn't feel like coming .. Absolutly no problems accesing the property..

Would like to advise the driver of the van that was in Kemsing today, that cutting up cyclists is downright dangerous, and also the use of indicators is very useful for other road users.

Nice and helpful staff at this DO sorted out a complex issue caused by the Royal Mail helpline. A shame that the company management is so poor as the staff are very friendly.
