AVOID VISITING THIS BRANCH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DEALING WITH RUDE PEOPLE AND getting SCREAM AT YOU FOR NO REASON!!!
Worst customer service experience in my life!!!
I was asking why my parcel was refused to one of the team members and than the other guy started screaming at me saying I can't use that branch as a pick up point because isn't my house!!! It was pretty embarrassing, the branch was full with other customers and this guy was screaming at me for no reason and also I didn't ask him I ask his colleague, that was polite giving me the answer.
I never experience something like this before..

I would like to echo all the other reviews here. The people behind the glass are incredibly rude and unhelpful not only to me but also other polite customers. What should be a simple journey to the post office becomes an unpleasant experience.

I wanted to just commend the female member of staff whose name I do not know. She moves very quickly through multiple international packages I have to send and is very thorough and efficient. When I go to other post offices I can really see the difference. Even the other male members of staff are slow by comparison.
I’ve been using this post office for 11+ years now. Time yourself for end of day as the queue does get exhaustive.

Always friendly and helpful whenever I visit. All Post Offices have queues, that’s unavoidable and not the fault of the extremely patient staff that I often see having to politely navigate rude customers. I’ve been using this Post Office for three years and never had anything but a smile and well wishes.

Rude and belligerent Post Office Manager, she was unhelpful and a disgraceful example for her team. This lack of customer service and care permeates throughout the other staff, which manifests in having an attitude and insulting paying customers.

They always offer the most expensive options for shipping items. I wish there was a self check out machine so I could choose the proper options myself.

I don't understand why staff goes out of their way to be so rude to you. I have visited this post office 3 times, and every trip has been worst than the last one. The male cashers behind the glass are so incredibly rude, to the point of lacking any humanity. I stopped to drop a parcel, and received everything from a casher banging on the glass, to them making gestures to illustrate what they think of my intelligence. I appreciate that attempting to send a parcel might be a big crime in some establishments, but you wouldn't expect a post office to be one of them. I would invite the fellow community members to boycott this pit of despair, despite that fact that it would make the staff very happy. I keep thinking ill save time by using the closest branch, but its not worth the abuse. If you chose to visit this branch, I would suggest to read up on conflict de-escalation techniques, because the cashers will come at you with all the venom they have.

Always painful long queues and wait times. Not enough staff for the amount of customers.
