Worst possible service you can imagine. Wasted 15 minutes of my time and told me can’t post my letter. Clowns in actions

Worst service who knows nothing about customer service. 🤡 clowns running the shop

Once again incorrect times displayed shop times says open but staff says it's closed until 5pm! getting silly there now, not convenient when times are not clear and shown incorrect on web site 😳

Shame the Google times do not show when it's closed for lunch. Also the sign in the shop said 'we are open' 🤦
