Earlsfield Post Office

Waited 15 minutes to send a parcel today. Everyone very patient and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind! Really appreciate their work at this time. The post office is vital and very organised. Great to have a laugh with strangers today, brighten my day before my night shift in the hospital

The two guys there a bit rude and not willing to help much. They have expectations from the customers like your an employee of post office and you know everything and if you make a mistake filling out your envelope or parcel they shout at you . Could be a bit frustrating, I prefer to use other post offices...

Customer service from "post master" is usually below par however there is a lovely lady who is willing to help.
I questioned a service choice as Victoria post office had honoured it, and he refused too, he handed back my letters and told me "to go to Victoria" and shouted next. customer in front was also shocked but not surprised by his patronising and passive aggressive tone "at least I'm not the only one receiving poor service". Went to Clapham Junction were service was honoured and treated with respect and dignity.
With that I have a deep voice, kept calling me "Sir" - I am a Woman, if unsure of peoples pronouns use "they"

I cannot believe some of the negative reviews about this post office. I have lived in the area for over 10 years now, and have always experienced friendly and efficient service from both Ali and Charlie. I am so grateful to them for staying open over this lockdown period in particular, when so many other post offices are closed. Thank you guys, you are absolute superstars, and please up the excellent work!

Ali, the postmaster is always very helpful. He is working extraordinarily hard at the moment during the lock down making sure that this key service is available when other post offices have shut. He has a brilliant team and they are all very patient and helpful.

It does what a good post office should do, and is centrally located.

The usual feel of being unwelcome unless you buy postage on the spot. Prepaid packages are always commended on in a negative way. OK, I thought I'd make an effort to let them do the work and get whatever commision it is that they are unhappy about with prepaid post. The result, is that I've had my parcel priced incorrectly, the recipient in the other country refused to pay the penalty and the fee, and my item was refused, AND consequently lost.
Why did I bother with my good intentions?
