Ombersley Road Post Office

This is the lowest star I can give. Absolutely AWFUL service. Very RUDE . I will never EVER go to this post office again, unless it changes owners. Cannot believe how a post office has such ill- mannered staff in charge of it. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Best advice I can give is AVOID THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am absolutely appalled at the way I have just been spoken to by the post office worker. So rude, and aggressive. I will never use this post office again. I can only recommend others to avoid. This particular individual is damaging to the Post Offices reputation.

Just went in to pick up a parcel and even tho given 2 types of ID was still refused to be given my parcel and told it wasn’t good enough. The women on the counter was extremely rude and just said we would have to just wait till it’s sent back in 2 weeks and take it up with the company . If it was possible I would put it as a zero rating

I've never been to a post office to post something via airmail (a book) only to return home with the same package. The unhelpful woman behind the counter said I needed a TARIC code (a what?) that I needed to get from the internet. Apparently, this is because we have left the EU and I was posting to Ireland. I didn't have my phone with me to check. When I got home, there is NOTHING with the word 'Taric' on the Royal Mail website. It just said I would need a customs declaration (fair enough). I spoke to another post office and they said "Never heard of a Taric code....you only need a customs declaration...."

It kills me to leave one star. Took a Parcelforce item to be posted with a label that was printed the day before. I was told by the miserable and rude woman behind the counter that she couldn't do anything with it as it was out of date and Parcelforce would think they'd held onto it??? Told me to go to the Parcelforce depot where they could over ride it....Really....Went to the lovely people at Fernhill Heath PO instead where it was no issue at all. I will never, ever use this godforsaken place again. I have no understanding as to why the Post Office cannot force this place to shut as they are bringing the Post Offices' name into disrepute.

Shocking! Hope the staff are replaced under new management. I placed an order, something I needed for work and although they are changing the shop I can see the parcel inside! Telling me I can’t have it, all she had to do was pick it up and pass it to me. Job is now delayed for their ignorance! Customer skills are disgusting taking my business else where. Would leave a 0 rating if possible

Use regularly to ship parcels with no problems. Woman at the counter is ok. Can’t complain

Change of management cannot come soon enough. Like another lady on here, took a parcel force item in and it was refused as the label printed day before. Took to the Parcel Force depot and explained situation, they said it was a load of rubbish that it couldn’t be left at the PO, and took it. When asking which post office I’d used with a smile he said use Fernhill Heath next time!
