Royal Mail West Norwood

Always very polite and helpful I do find the opening times a bit strange but since I’ve realised they’re open on a Thursday at 4 pm I just leave parcels until then which makes things a lot easier for me.

So far missing 3 parcels from January leading up to April. It would seem the delivery guys pick and choose what to deliver.

I’ve never experienced such poor service for 3 years straight from a delivery office. Why their still hasn’t been anything down about this specific branch, I do not know.

If a parcel hasn’t turned up or is “missing” rest assured there is about a 90% chance it’s in the delivery office and hasn’t even had an attempted delivery.

Does anyone know the current opening hours? it has always been shut in the past when i try and go. thanks

Only open from 8 am to 10 am when everyone is at work what a joke how is a person in full time work gona collect their parcels

Can’t get to sorting office in the times open. Very fed up

Where are all the cards, letters, official papers, medical papers, etc. that have NEVER been delivered to us for over a year now?

Haven’t had any post since the 20th December been down to the sorting office on 3 times including on the Thursday afternoon 4pm -7pm I think this is disgusting as I’m waiting for hospital letter and cards the Royal Mail need to sort it out!
