Under new management, great service, always chatty, lovely people, highly recommended post office

Post office is never open! Doesn't stick to its advertised opening & closing times.

Snappy, abrupt member of staff - why would I want to give you my business. Going to Sapcote instead.

Very rude woman, I was 10 foot from the door ( and that’s being generous ) , she saw I had a parcel in my hand and continued to lock up and disappear, without a”sorry I’ll be 5 minutes (which usually appears on the door) always at least half an hour. Admittedly I’ve not used them now since before Christmas, and I will never use them again, purely because of her. When she isn’t there, the others are spot on.

never sticks to opening times or is just not open. I would advise them to open later than 5pm also as people who have jobs are unable to go to the post office without leaving work. if you're going to close early during the week days, atleast be open on the weekend as all other shops are.

Wouldn’t go here unless you absolutely need to; and even then, Sapcote post office is only up the road.

They don’t seem to stick to their advertised opening hours and the customer service once you’re inside is dreadful.

Never open when should be. I finished work early to get electric before shutting at 5 arrive 4.45 as on website open till 5 and closed. Always a note on door in morning as shut. Get someone who wants to work there.
Ideally not sat on mobile phone when open would help also.
