Wanstead Post Office

Have waited over an hour for a member of staff to come back from lunch ( the only qualified person dealing with documents)
Picture has been taken off my documents in order to charge me again for a picture. Extremely unprofessional. Have been lied to that he need just Scan my face in order to charge me for a s.... picture. Unacceptable.

Terrible pharmacy. Go elsewhere! They don't let you know if you prescription arrived, they don't answer the phone, and there is a huge queue because only one guy working. No covid precautions either because of the big queue.

Jesus Christ, the post office staff are like the walking dead, no smile, no greeting, so unhelpful, so miserable. Be thankful you are still working during this pandemic!!!!

Great staff & Service - we posted everything from 100 parcels to letters and they’re always happy to help.

Brilliant service, kind & helpful staff, I regularly post items from here and they always recommend the correct service for me. Very grateful for them to still be running full service and hours during the COVID-19 pandemic - thank you. I would recommend and use this post office again.

Not even one star they’re not worthy. The pharmacist kick me out from the pharmacy, I just look at some items on the shelves and he told me “you blocked the entrance you have to go”. This is a very bad manner. Where is the respect? You guys are treating us like a slaves. You are tyrants!!!!

I went here this morning at 8:20 and only wanted a form, I asked 3 of the staff and they told me to come back at 8:45, I said I would be late for work but all 3 ignored me. awful customer service and very rude behaviour from staff - I only wanted one form and all they had to do was bring it to me. I couldn't afford to be late for work. Disappointed.

I received wonderful service at this post office. The lady serving me was so kind and helpful.
