High Street Post Office

Staff are rude and lazy.
I went in for a DBS check with all relevant paperwork, the guy at the counter couldn’t scan a barcode, so he tried to send me away to print it again.
How easy do you expect your job to be that you send a customer away rather than spend a minute typing in the code?
When I stood firm he became rude.
I don’t expect much customer service nowadays, especially in a post office, however this guy inspired me enough to write a review. He achieved something today.
