London Road Post Office

I’ve came here several times before, had a good service for posting. Today the new person that I never seen did not understand what I said I was posting, which is a piece of acrylic, after saying he doesn’t really need to know the details he was rude to me and told me to go somewhere else. Clearly needs to improve the customer service. I repeated over 3 times what it was… good start of a morning.

I have gone back to show what the item is and explain it all but this man is just stubborn and childish. So as I said to him, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I see he rather not have customers.

I tried to reason and even apologised for the bad start even though he’s was the one on the wrong from the start.

Do take your parcels somewhere else if you can.

If you want to be a post office then be a post office and provide the service.

Took a parcel in to be posted 2nd class at 11am yesterday. Was told by the man serving he couldn’t take my parcel as he has sealed the mailing bag I was there within the correct opening hours. He was extremely rude and uninterested. Will never go there again.

Says close 3pm on Web, the Indian so rude asked me who was going to collect the post on Sunday and he cannot keep it for two days. Don't know why I bothered going there.

Opening hours are completely wrong. They open at 10 not 7am and are closed on Sunday. How hard is it to update Google to reflect your post covid hours.

Very bad service. This franchise doesn’t take parcelforce returns even if it’s within in the opening hours. Lame excuses like no space to keep parcel, post office closes at 5 when it shows open till 7pm on website.

I sent out Christmas presents yesterday, but there was an Indian male staff member who was very rude and kept pushing me that I was the only guest. I don't understand why the post office has to be here, it makes women feel unsafe.

The service in this post office is horrible and the staff are extremely rude (Aidan guy), avoid this post office if you can, I would have given 0 star if possible, this post office does not deserve any star
