As I could not leave my dog outside last time I went to drop off a prepaid parcel at the post office and needed a proof of postage receipt I was very impressed and grateful that a member of staff went to the post office counter for me whilst I waited with the dog outside. Plus they brought me back the proof of postage receipt to the outside door!
Top service and extremely polite and helpful. It's great to have a post office and shop with staff that are so happy to help! Many thanks!👍

The awfullest service ever offered. The manager of the post office is a very rude and bad person.
She gave me the instructions on how to send a parcel. The parcel was lost during transit, and the instructions she had given me were all wrong resulting this in losing the money of the insurance. £350.

When I went at the shop, she confirmed she could not remember what instructions she provided me with but when I opened the claim, she informed her managers that she had given me instructions. Such a liar.

If you can, DO NOT USE POST OFFICE. Or at least, avoid this center in Feltham.

Very bad experience.

The old lady with black long hair is horrible at customer service. She rushed me at the main till whilst topping up my oyster because of the long queue for the post office. She has no professionalism when it comes to her customers. Avoid her at all costs and get a better experience from someone else working here.

Although the Post office is in the back side of the shop (1/3 of the total shop I'd say) they are very relaxed, reliable and friendly. Person at the counter gives you all your options, waits for you to take decisions, and serves each customer with same respect.

Thank you for the service and for being there for us!

I just had the most incredible customer service experience ever from any post office.

I Arrived at the post office at 5:28 pm and ask them if they would take a DPD parcel intake

They told me that they were not DPD parcel Agenrs and I was stuck.

None of the DPD shops would take these parcels. One by one, they refused all the way from Hampton to Feltham and beyond

The shops just didn’t want to know, and I went to DPD themselves. In Feltham to the actual depot and they refused me. The two my night managers had absolutely no empathy for me whatsoever. They threw this rule book in my face, and I just thought to myself, how can such a forwardthinking company have such badly Train staff

They tried to send me to SLOUGH depot

I was on a race against time with a Car Hire that was costing me £9 per

I was due to catch my coach this evening to Liverpool, which I was easily able to shift until the next day

Meanwhile at the post office 5 minutes away from DPD a Lady called Rajinder looked at me and said we are closing now, then she paused. And used her judgments
“ don’t worry I’ll help you”

She then spent the next 25 minutes helping me label and Mark all of my boxes. I think she sensed that I’ve been really badly let down.

They weighed every parcel with two or three of these people at one time, Rajinder, Reese and Rosie.

It was like absolute factory system born something out of McDonald’s.

I left at 5:55 pm. They had done overtime and gladly Through this post Pryor Parcelforce came to the rescue with a 48 hour delivery

probably exactly the same price as DPD, and with Customer Service that you would expect from a private company, not a national service.

I’m just sitting in the car, wondering what would’ve happened if she had not made that decision.

I probably would not have made my coach in the morning and not been in Liverpool for my wife’s birthday.

Thank you all very very much at this wonderful spring corner post office post office

If you send a lot of parcels, you might consider this company if you live lesson 20 minutes drive

You have to be in a desperate situation. I was in to want to pull up immediately and write this review.

I have been a customer of this Post Office for more than 20 years.

I trust and they help.

Give you the right advice.

Please Do Not Post Rude Messages.

I ring before I need to do something, they always answer the phone.

Prepare yourselves if you are in a mighty hurry and being polite, kind are most greatest virtues.

You have time to spend on hours with no end on social media and impatient and utterly incapable of waiting in a queue.

This is a British Society and learn,
live, if you hate, leave.

I've just popped into here to send an item through their service. The Grandma behind the post office counter is very rude - the other lovely lady said what I needed and the young gentleman grabbed me the postal bag required. The grandma said to move and go get a bag even when I said the guy is getting me one and then tried to laugh it off.

What a weirdo and no apologies.
Did say thank you to the nice lady and the young guy cos they were very helpful.

I won't be coming here again. Basic mannerisms is missing and she is well past her retirement date as it is..

The middle aged lady with the glasses is so rude and moody! I don’t think anything can put a smile on that miserable face of hers and no eye contact with customers. She has no people skills whatsoever.
