I've never had any problems at this post office. I send quite a few international items. I have always found the younger staff I deal with very pleasant. Also took an expired passport there, they took a new photo & sent everything off & I had a new passport arrive one week later.

Staff are just too rude. I’ve stated using the Post Office at Crown Point instead. The staff there are helpful, positive, and polite.

Went there to buy envelope, have been accused for stealing before I even finish my shopping, at the same moment they have argument with another person. Two people, two minutes, two unhappy customers. It's disaster

I’ve been well serviced. Given the best advice and tips for what I was looking for. I was satisfied with my visit.

This post office doesn't deserve any stars. Two men,who work here, are very rude and impatient to their customers, specially the person at counter 3.
These 2 stars are just for the person at counter 4, who seems to be approachable and helpful.
Hopefully, they read all the reviews and try improving themselves or else just close down this branch if you find your customers a nuisance.

Rude, insensitive, impatient and crass. The worst customer service I have ever received. Please avoid! Travel to another post office where you will be welcomed. Customers seems to be a bother to them. Customers are a nuisance to them!!

I use this post office quite regularly and the truth is there is only one member of staff responsible for the terrible reviews. There are two employees a man and woman (appear to be of indian decent) who wear glasses (not the large man) and they are extremely helpful every time and always polite. There is also a younger guy who does the till for the shop section and he's also very helpful and seems a nice lad.

However, there is one middle aged guy (appears to be thai or malaysian) who is exceptionally rude to everyone. He shouts through the microphone and tells customers to give him their items rather than just ask politely to put them through. I've actually been lucky enough never to have been served by him, but the times I have been in and he's been working he has been so rude to other customers in-store. There was one foreign customer who admitted he didn't speak very good english and the post guy was shouting at him to shut the curtain and give him the passport when he was trying to update the photo. It just didn't look good.

It's a shame because I'm not sure who runs the post office but the majority of staff are actually really nice and they've even advised me how to save money posting items to get away with things going through the letter box.

If this one man was to leave, I feel the shop would get much better reviews like it deserves on the most part.

After experiencing some pretty shoddy customer service at my local post office, I decided to go to the one in Norbury, where the young man that assisted me, was the polar opposite. He really couldn’t have been more helpful, even suggesting a couple of ways to reduce my bill. All with a pleasant manner and a smile. 🙂
