One of the rudest people i have ever met.
The older gentleman in the post office side.
Went in and was standing behind someone, there was a lady waiting to be seen on the shop counter side, I expected her to be served first. However what i didn't expect was this mans finger to be pointed in the air at me as he walked away. nothing said, just the finger. Anyway when he came back i asked him what his gestured mean. HE laughed and said it mean wait a minute.. i said why didn't you just say that then.. WELL !! THAT WAS IT.. i had a torrent of abuse from him. I was not rude or impolite, he started shouting at me telling off, in his abuse he said 'you shouting at me' on my kids lives i did not shout at anyone. He said why should i tell you to wait i walk up and down all day.. well this is a customer service counter!! anyway-he then refused to serve me.. UNBELIEVABLE>

Went to use the post office which on here says it opens at 7am but the guy over the counter says it opens at 9am - now having to bring the parcel all the way into London. Please update your records!

The rudest and most incompetent person I have ever encountered. Go a few yards further to the High St branch where you will always be treated like a human being. Gastly people attempting to give the public a service that have absolutely no idea what the hell they are doing! Deserves ZERO stars!!

I was like in hell very angry 😠.
Post office should train their franchise’s staff aswell.

The service here is rude, perfunctory and they only survive due to being a post office and its location. The staff have zero social skills and treat most customers as if they are getting in the way of something better.

One of the workers in this shop is so rude and abrupt, seems like he doesn't like his job and takes it out on the customers. I've used this shop for years on and off but this morning was the last time. Change a certain staff member of lose more customers

Terrible experience. Just popped in to collect my wife's birthday present, delivered by Royal Mail. Knowing I needed no other shopping and would only be a minute or so I wheeled my bicycle in with my face mask on and no-one else was in the shop. I said I was there to collect something and the server said, "yes, when you take your bike out you can". I said that I didn't have a lock with me, there was no cycle related sign on the door and seeing as I was now inside, could they just serve me. He said no and again told me to get out. I had to wait for a passing member of public to kindly watch my bike while I went in again. I showed the email and I'd and the server slid across a slip for me to fill in. He asked me if I brought my own pen, to which in obviously replied "no". He preceded to tell me off saying that I should have brought one and that he won't serve me next time if I don't have one. I took his pen, filled out the slip and left, telling the server that I wouldn't be back and that I'd be leaving a review. Terrible experience and absolutely no sense of community or flexibility whatsoever.

The staff at this post office are both rude and abrupt. Their customer service skills are zero. They all need to go back to charm school.
