Rude and arrogant.
Would avoid this post office.

"You parcel too big. Come back Monday. Your problem". Appalling service. Whatever happened to customer service? The Post Office are killing it.

There are a few people working in this store, there is one that is very nice and helpful, and another one that attended me last Thursday that was rude, I went to post two small parcels and get some essentials, those parcels are small envelopes that fit through the door mailbox, I have at home the price list and everything to check before I post anything , I went there to post as usual and the guy selected my parcels whatever he wanted, charging me more than what I usually pay, I did let him know about it and he said that if I don’t like it I can leave, and when I make up my mind I can go back. Is this a good customer service?? For me it is the most rude and awful service. I am not ever coming back, I will not let someone to charge more for something that I often post and I know the price, that is being too cheeky
