Holly Hill Post Office

Closed 30 minutes early, going to have to come back in the morning but won't have the time

I’m regular and difficult customer as always quiet a few parcels but this branch Is pleasant to visit with lovely staff working In it Sarah and Julia are very professional excellent & providing outstanding service~I would say very Speedy compare to other post offices and their service with attention to details knowledgable at what they are doing~very friendly and welcoming~Our family used post offices all over but this branch is close near by~Big credit to the staff over here! 5 stars service!!!it would be nice to reopen the other side as I believe there are always high volume of customers over in the frankley area and it’s not fair on the staff how much hard work they do~

2 in at a time due to small space. Free cash machine inside. Door jams half way so wheelchair or pushchair would be a struggle. Sometimes helpful and polite, sometimes not at all. Young lad is always lovely along with older lady. One member of staff has a bad attitude.

What a waste of space this post office is never open when they should be and then treat you like your a nuisance hope all the staff get the sack

Went at 5.15pm closed says online 6pm very annoyed had to close business to go an post office was closed

Ignore the Post Office times detailed, as others have stated this Post Office opens when it wants!

Here I am, sitting outside again cos the shop can't be bothered to open.

Been twice now and it’s not open when it says it should be! Just frustrating 😡
