Post Office

Really poor service. Queued for ages and there was only one member of staff who could not operate the tills and encouraged us to use the self-service area. He then proceeded to walk off when none of us knew how to use it. Really not good enough given it was so quiet in the post office!!

Ridiculous service, unprofessional staff.
Their 2 minutes are more important than your whole day.
If you call them will pick up after several attempts and will ask to call back and the cycle repeats.
I went to the post office after call and still there was 40 minutes to off and she denied to give me documents by saying I am not allowed to do it although it was nowhere mentioned that I have be there before 4:30.
Probably, an Indian woman who dealt me is very rude and very unprofessional.

I don’t understand how any of the staff still work there. They are so rude and unhelpful, lack basic customer service skills, this puts a bad image out for the post office company. They should probably have a look at how their staff act. Very unprofessional staff and no one seems to know what they are doing.

Worst service. The day I went to use the priority service there was a national strike for next couple of days which I was unaware and still they booked me under next day priority. Next day again I went to post office to enquire as my tracking wasn't updated the person from the counter saying there is a national strike so your package is still with us. The concern is not about the money but the response and communication and more importantly I want to send my courier on an urgent basis which couldn't. Worst people...

They just throw random prices at you and when you question it they argue with you until finally you pay the price you actually should! Very rude, no customer service and no knowledge about basic things.

Rude staff with no knowledge of basic customer service: hello, thank you or goodbye. Went to return a parcel and the gentleman seemed annoyed with just printing the sticker. No directions on where to leave my parcel either.

Terrible!!! Staff is very rude specially one Indian lady working there. They didn’t even send my parcel it’s got lost!

Absolutely pathetic customer service from the supervisor. She was disrespectful, aggressive, lacked empathy and hight unprofessional when I tried to collect BRP for my child despite showing all the required information. There is a genuine need to provide the supervisor with training to respect teh ethnic backgrounds while speaking and be careful in yelling to the customers.

I would rate this post office 0 if I can considering the pathetic, below grade service provided on 31 Dec in the afternoon which is not expected from prestigious Post offices which help millions of people every day
