Holloway Post Office

As I counted out 16p from my purse was told to hurry up as I was ‘holding up’ his queue! I looked round and there were 3 people waiting for the 2 open counters. I’m sure they didn’t mind the seconds it took me to pay. I’ve given 2 stars as I got what I wanted. But no stars for customer service from the man behind the counter!!

Why you don't accept post office energy bill support scheme. I got told my HMRC and my Energy provider that you should take this voucher and top up my key. Poor service. Looks like I am not the only one.

Don't bother going to this post office. Male staff are rude, make comments about women's appearances. I wish I was exaggerating. They won't open services like exchanging currency either. AVOID.

Terrible customer service and will not be going there again. The black lady that works there has no customer service skills. She looks grumpy and not even polite. Please hire better staff!!!

Like other reviews have described, the queues in this Post Office are terrible. I waited 30 minutes in the queue. My gut feeling that my parcel would get lost in the chaos of this place and I was correct. Sent First Class and sadly the gift I sent has still not arrived to the recipient. If possible, avoid using.

Even longer waiting, now averaging 20 to 30 minutes often 1 person serving! Just need more staff, franchise owner must be making a fortune from the captive customers.

Lovely staff, long wait most days for any post office services

Post office services getting worse and worse here at Finsbury park! 1 teller serving nearly 17 customer at the slowest pace one can imagine. This is appalling and timewasting. Dinosaur stuff!

Always closed earlier than supposed to. Staff are quite rude. Lady always tries to charge you for a more expensive service and size than what you want/need
