Brownlow Road Post Office

Are these people at this post office really working? When? They can't even put a notice with reliable information. They should be dismissed and put a post "closed for ever" at least I will not be wasting my time with their professionalism - sure I am not the only one experiencing this. Grrrr

Rubbish post office open 9 - 4! WHY??? Plus it closes for lunch at 1pm. I checked the website before going to post something to check times. No where on the website does it say closed for lunch. And why are the opening hours so short?????

Watch your change as they have ripped me off in the past. They ripped us off once by giving us the wrong international service, so make sure you know exactly what service you want before going there.

When they had mechanical scales then that was another way for them to rip off the customer as the scale for heavy items always gave a higher reading than the other scale. So they would send you to the heavy scale at every opportunity. They can't do that any more though as they have digital scales now.

This is the only post office in this area that has ever done these things to me. I mostly now go to the one on Green Lanes in Palmers Green even though it is much further away from my house. I gave that post office 5 stars just for the simple fact that they never once tried to rip me off like this one did.

Rude & very unhelpful. Not once have a had a reply when saying hello. The two exceedingly surly, in-polite & cantankerous men should either cheer up or change jobs bc it isn’t difficult to be nice or smile once in your life. Miserable ppl. Hate going in there.

It is okay for drop offs, but avoid anything that requires a bit of effort and service. Also a birthday card I handed to the person emptying the post box outside never arrived at it's destination.

Rude staff with extremely bad attitude. What is published on royal Mail’s website about this post office allegedly isn’t accurate, according to one of the charming individuals that works here. Avoid unless you want to deal with patronising and condescending individuals with an attitude problem.

Service was absolutely fine. No idea what all these negative reviews are about but i'll definitely be coming back here 🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff there are nervous and rude! They speak badly to the customer and are unprofessional, it seems that this center needs two young employees or two professionals in customer relations.
And on the other hand, they avoid giving information about postal services itams ! They put the customer under pressure and stress.
