Seven Sisters Road Post Office

Guarantee late to open everyday and shut every most evenings.
Never have any forms that PO are supposed to have...very rude woman ....depends on ur colour for level of service having spoken to many other ppl about this PO.
Asian lady has always been polite and welcoming though.

The worst customer service possible. Both blonde and Asian lady are very rude. Said they would help me but just made stand to the side whilst they tended to other customers and I ended up waiting 20+ mins. Although I kept asking for help and I was with my toddler. Never again! Management really need to sort out their staff and teach them how to be professional. It really doesn’t cost a thing to be kind!!!!!!

A lengthy queue but nothing unusual for any of the other local branches. The service I received however, was particularly good. I had a large number of items to be shipped and Alisha(member of counter staff)was extremely patient and efficient. Unfortunately the same could not be said about two unnecessarily hostile customers, who felt that queuing was beyond them and rudely tried to jump ahead of several other customers. The abuse that people in the service industry have to endure on a daily basis at the hands of an uncouth few, must only compound what seems to be a stressful/busy role. A+ for patience and customer service from Alisha and the team.

The only post office I choose to use for the past 5 years due to their wonderful staff. These amazing ladies are always happy to help and greet their customers with a warm smile.

I visited this branch for the first time last week. Both staff members were lovely, especially Alisha who went out her way to assist me. A pleasant and welcoming experience, excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I've been in the uk for 20 years and i've never had this type of customer service before, every time i enter the post office i get greeted by Sentha and Arife and they always greet me with a smile and they treat me in a professional manner. All im saying is you are very lucky to have Sentha and Arife working there and i'm very happy with the customer service, ill always be coming here.

Unfortunately this place started having long queues always due to having one person working at peak times. They put two people to work at less busy periods, which is puzzling. Having one person working on Saturdays makes the waiting time as long as 20-25 mins.
