Disgusting customer service from this post office. The Asian Woman has a massive attitude issue. Amazed when she said she was the manager! Might explain why the rest of the staff are under trained and have no idea of basic postage services.
Was concerned it was just me, but I think this Post Office previous reviews confirm it is them. Why has the Post Office allowed this kind of service to carry on for so long? Not many Post Office's left in the area, so forced to use them.

Racist staff, my wife regularly getting targeted, due to her work she got no choice but use this post office. She ask questions to staff behind the desk, she can hardly hear what is he saying so she have to ask again he will not raise his voice or lean forward, he continues morning and saying something which looks like he swearing. My wife end up saying OK and moves on.

Aggressive and Rude Staff. One in particular has been unpleasant to me twice. The first time I thought he looked so worked up that if a large Glass Screen hadn't been in the way he'd have been tempted to attack me Also has a Loud Mouthed Asian Lady there who has virtually no people Skills at all. Along with two Vulgar creatures it also had a wannabee East End Gangster Mole type who was had all the charm of a Bulldog chewing a Wasp. This Branch seemingly likes to employ Oik People. Even an ordinary enquiry and one that is simple mundane is enough for the aforementioned Dregs behind the Counter to want start an argument. Now I realise they are in the middle of an Estate that has more than it's fair share of Underclass Trouble Makers living in Shoebox type Flats around this Shop as well as other Rude Shopkeepers in other Shops, but surely someone must have tried to impress upon this bunch the importance of good Customer Service or do they think that because of Location they have a free hand to be unpleasant? From now on I will go elsewhere to post a Letter or Parcel. With Service like this in mind I am so glad the Royal Mail lost its Monopoly.

I don't use to post reviews and definitely never posted a negative review before, but this post office deserve an honest review.

The worst ever Post Office. Unfriendly, unhelpful, insulting. The very worst. All staff in there ought to be replaced.

I have recently moved to Harold Hill and everyone has been very welcoming. The Post Office however is another matter. The staff are so arrogant and rude. The staff shout to each other whilst serving you, fuss about with the heating whilst serving you and just got up and went for lunch without warning or explanation. The manager felt this was reasonable behaviour. No wonder these offices are getting shut down across the country...a bit of competition is what they need.

THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER! A guy named John was so rude and mumbling under his breath. I asked politely where the sellotape was and he abruptly and aggressively answered.
He looks beyond incapable of being trained in customer services. Not sure if he even has a brain and I have never witnessed someone so illiterate with such poor mannerism and customer service. How he has a job is beyond me and this post office needs to be shut down.

There needs to be a minus for services. 1* is far too generous.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

Never had any issues with this post office until today. A guy named John served me. I could hardly hear a word he was saying as he was just mumbling and THEN after telling him that it was computer parts in the parcel he chucked my package in the bag instead of putting it in there normally. So if anything comes back saying it’s broken I will defiantly be explaining why.
