Post Office

Very grateful for the assistance by post office staff when I sent my diving licence renewal form recently. The application was sucessful. Very knowledgeable staff and I have always found them helpful. The shop is like a mini-market, well stocked and looks clean and tidy.

Waited 2 hours after opening time to return some parcels. The boss had the cheek to send his workers over to the long line of waiting customers outside in the freezing cold during a storm to tell us that the key wasn’t working and that we’d have to wait another hour for the boss to get there. Other customers in the line said that the staff were lying because they made the same excuse every day and came in whenever they wanted to. Disgusting service. Someone needs to shut this business down for good.

What's happened to this post office, it used to have more space and more people to serve a lot of customers, it was more professional than it is now. Now it's more cramped and you have to wait in a long line queuing down an aisle with food while others try to get some shopping, forget social distancing. The place is messy with bags of rice laying on the floor under the counter. This place was much better when it was just a dedicated post office.

This is the first time I’m writing a negative review as I’m stressed so much. I used to deposit cash in the post office. But yesterday 08.06.2022 i was served by a man in the post office counter around 3.10-3.20 pm. He has taken £20 pounds from the total money when taking it to the cash counting machine and he told me there was a £20 short from the actual amount i gave to him. I strongly believe he has taken the money when he took that to the machine. He also tried to divert us with the walkie talkie on his hand and spoke to his colleague on the shop counter. That made me assure that he has stolen my money. Please don’t trust these people and give your money. He cleverly cheated me and he was so rude to speak as well. Im still stressed that he has cheated me and i couldn’t fight with him as there were customers behind me. I just left the place. Never ever again will go to these cheaters.

Rude unhelpful staff,
Would advise people to avoid if they can. So arrogant.
Should not be allowed to represent the post office.
How they came to get the position, is beyond me. All staff should be sent for re- training. Doubt if any would pass. Seems family run,, and bad customer service, is deep rooted.

I'm sure that all the positive reviews concerning this place are fake. Worst post office in London. Always rude manners and mostly of the time they can't help you. They just rejected me like an offender. Spare your nerves and go to the others post offices around, you'll be much more satisfied.
