Ashford Post Office

Dreadful service. 0915hrs Saturday morning one position open, long queue forming of 6 plus. One member of staff appearing to do anything but provide a counter service. No explanations for lack of service, eye contact with customers avoided. I required 12 x £1.70 stamps but could only get 6 as safe locked. They may be short-staffed but why can’t they keep the customer informed and also apologise for this. Staff appear to lack confidence in dealing with the customer. I expect it’s not the staff’s fault.

a great place to whilst away your time with likeminded people who are all in a hurry and have made the mistake of going through the front door. They open late and don’t even have the courtesy to apologise to the customers for keeping everyone waiting!….really is like Little Britain in there……Computer say’s No!

I have visited this place on two occasions and achieved nothing I set out to do. The first time it was closed 'due to lack of staff' and the second time I had the misfortune to deal with an ignorant woman who had no idea what she was doing. This place is not fit for purpose.

Had an e mail to say parcel was coming last week, waited both days it did not come, waited next day it did not come, went out Tuesday morning it came!!, cannot get hold of anyone to talk to, customer service is pants. I don't have all day to wait for a parcel, but here I am now 6 days after last notification waiting for it( I have a business to run) clients waiting for me, but I am stuck waiting for the parcel.....

This is probably whe worst service you could receive, it seems to be constantly under staffed and badly managed, nobody in here seems to know what they should be doing, it's also an untidy mess

My wife went to post a letter within the UK and was charged £18, and I am not happy I will be making a complaint, she said the person who served her couldn't wait to serve her and get to her break with no explanation of why the high price

Staff are rude including the belligerent manager! I have no confidence in sending items through this branch and will move to getting my postage online and collected from home.

Saturday morning, 10:40, the shop is still closed, no one is working. Where’s the staff?!?!
