Ansley Road Post Office

Full post office counter services now available until 8pm Monday to Friday.

Post office was shut 6.20pm on a Wednesday, despite website claiming it's open til 8pm.

Went to collect my parcel at 10am saturday morning. But it was closed even though it states it's open on here. Waste of my time.

Went down to po t something special delivery at 13:30 on a Thursday when it's supposed to be open. It was closed. :(

Avoid avoid avoid...This is the worst service I have had at this post office....it has been going downhill for a couple of years now.
No service whatsoever.
I was told by the 'assistant' it was a large parcel.
When I asked if I folded over the excess packaging would it be cheaper she said yes £3.00 cheaper.
I asked if she had a bit of cellotape, I was directed to buy a roll....
My experience then got worse...
I had to pay for the cellotpe with cash, as there is a minimum spend, then when I paid for the parcel she asked for the payment AGAIN for the cellotape no apology, in fact, she said she would love to reply to my review and she wasn't here to offer a free service only to make money.
Avoid this unfriendly unprofessional POST OFFICE.

This is easily the worst post office in the world. They are almost never open, unreliable and unpredictable. My regret is having to send a package through them, and it's been held for 2wks and still counting. Guys beware...

Under new management now, has re opened with new opening times. He has always been lovely and helpful when I went in, definitely recommend
