Royal Mail

This place doesn’t consider themselves to be post office (quote “Royal Mail office is not post office”).
They said they don’t provide services of post office such as providing proof of postage for anything you send from there. I wish I’ve known that before bringing a handful of parcels to send.

It's a local delivery office so it has a limited service...slightly different from a normal post office

If you're a local you can pretty only pick up your missed parcel or drop off prepaid items / returns

Ridiculous sorting office that is only open 2 hours a day! Near enough impossible to collect a package!!

Went to post a letter using the Royal Mail Click and Drop service on a Saturday morning. The chap working there was helpful and told me that it wouldn't get collected until Monday from there. This was useful to know as it meant I could head to the Kilburn Delivery Office and my letter was delivered Monday

Absolutely disgusting service from all Royal Mail. Avoid Royal Mail at all const. Go for Hermes, or literally any other delivery company. RM literally robs your money, make you pay next day delivery and no one delivers and leaves notes. Royal Mail deserves to go out of business and industry taken over by proper professional delivery companies. Rude thieves. They’re staff is striking but they don’t deserve anything more as they don’t know how to do their job properly

I was at home and received every parcel from Amazon, there was nobody I could miss. But the next day I found a note they Royal Mail didn’t reach me on that day. Nobody eve tried. It’s extremely annoying.

Always quite quiet. They seems a bit haphazard with how they arrange stuff but what do I know. Assume they’re very busy, and anyway, regardless, they always find my parcel and are perfectly easy to deal with. Can’t be an easy job, so fair play to them for doing it as efficiently as they can.

So easy to make returns here.
