Forest Hill Post Office

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated just now, i was called stupid and shouted at for not having the address on my envelope. I was asked to write it somewhere else but there was no space and asked for two seconds to complete it and the woman lost it. She was aggressive, rude and insulting. I have never in my life experienced someone such as her in customer service. She should not be dealing with people. Wow

Good staff, but they never open up another window to get the queue down!

I'm really just glad and relieved to have a proper local post office.

Suggest checking Google for busy times prior to visitation... ;)

Closed down post-office during the day. They say it will re-open at 3pm - still closed after 15 minutes passed. They also reduced the hours to 4:30pm! How people supposed to send stuff?

Bad beyond belief. A dozen people in the queue and only 1 staff helping customers, the other one just sat there reading and had a sign up 'closed'. Had to wait 10 minutes before the manager finally bothered to talk to me and was told to message head office, "manager" couldn't care less about the problem.

The entire operations are based on the minds of the post office managers and not to the structure drawn out by the Post office itself....what a shame!!!

Worst post officer ever. Staff unfriendly and queues ridiculous. When the queue is long they take breaks.

The service is an absolute disgrace. Count on queueing for at least 20 minutes (double this in rush hour) before getting to the counter. More often than not there's only one cashier open whilst the other staff members are lounging around in the background rather than serving customers who are trying their best to remain calm (must confess it can be a very bonding experience when the customer helping each other out lending each other pens etc to try and speed up the waiting time). Apart from a couple of their workers, the remaining staff is slow & inefficient. If you have an option to go to a different post office - do so - because this place will test every bit of patience you have!
