Horrible woman was arrogant when I repeatedly said I want to send my parcel with the cheapest service. She said, then don’t send it at all. Unprofessional in every way making stupid sarcastic comments.
It’s like they always try to rip you off by all means.
No signatures, confirmations and tracking numbers. I just wanted to send it and that’s all.
I don’t understand all these special fees anyway. If you send a parcel it has to be delivered. That’s why I use the post office in the first place. Never going back.
I’ll just use parcel2go which is cheaper than the post office (2.85£), fast, efficient and you don’t have to deal with scammers.

Consistently awful customer service, I’ve been coming here for years and the woman who runs the post office desk is always grumpy, rude and somehow always finds a reason to reject one of my parcels. This time she refused to post one of my letters, saying it was the wrong size, when it was the correct size and thickness. She is belligerent and sullen, I once witnessed her berating a customer who did not speak great English and did not understand quite how the system worked for what they wanted to do. The post office lady humiliated this poor woman, for no reason. I very much recommend that service users go further down the Finchley Road to Golders Green post office, where staff are cheerful and happy to help

Can I put 0 stars? Uff no:(.
Customer service and attention to client -10. I am going to write now formal complaint to post website asking reasons why this bad, unpolite and poor essential service otherwise I go further up with complaint chain.
Online was written open (09.05.20), I go there and closed. No google update on this or information outside the post office.
A essential service in this condition is difficult to think, not even in the 3rd world.
Pictures attached so they can not say that wasn't true

Absolute thieves! Charged me for a medium parcel rate to send a dvd, which obviously should have been a small parcel rate. I was in a rush so didn’t question it and only checked later when I thought it was a tad on the pricey side! £4.35!!!! To add insult to injury the parcel was also lost/stolen!!! Worst. Post Office. Ever.
