Friendly efficient staff but if the woman at the shop counter tries to get you out the queue saying she can help then ignore coz she doesn't know what she's doing & you just lose your place & have to queue again anyway.. leave the p.o job to the proper staff

Never had any bother with the helpful staff here. few times had to wait longer than i would of liked due to ebay piles of packets being sent by one person which occurs quite often. Very happy its there though.

The man working at the shop counter was rude and unhelpful when asked questions about posting. When leaving we said that he doesn’t need to be so rude and then he proceeded to talk behind our backs to the next customer. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.

It's obvious they need serious customer service training.

They must understand the customer pay their salary and the attitude they have will make them lose customers and money in a really painful and bad way.

Gotta find another way to post my items.

It's never nice to give poor reviews, but things got out of hand lately and the voice from behind the counter keeps on rising, when confronted.

Overpricing is the house policy ❗

A large letter, asked to be delivered via the cheapest way, will always changed as a small parcel, with special delivery.

A small parcel, returning a £4,99 item, will always be charged as next day delivery before 9, ensured, signed for, and probably blessed by the Pope himself.

Unless you are prepared to argue on prices and have a copy of the Royal Mail pricing to prove that she is over charging on purpose, better avoid this place.

The problem is not the £10 - £20 we pay extra each month, as we believe she has a percentage on sale, but when after all these years she is still treating us like we've just descended from the trees, and raising her voice when confronted, that is a problem.

The place is a joke. Went there a 5.15 to deposit money only to be told they were closed yet they went on to let two other people in to send parcel. I can only imagine it was because they were black and I was white. I shall be making an official complaint over blatant racism. .
