Nice and friendly lady behind counter. But the postmaster and wife is very unpleasant. They could both do with etiquette and public social skill training. You're feeling when entering is very negative and bland I feel sorry for the nice one that works there under such a negative couple.

The gentleman in there is very rude and abrupt. Snatched my ID, not very Covid safe to be doing that is it... I am new to the area but I drive so I'll go elsewhere in future. They won't get a penny in parcel commission fo my orders so it's their loss.

Absolutely awful postmasters.
The ladies at the lottery counter are so lovely and friendly though, so it's a shame that the other staff let the place down.
The middle aged woman, and the man in particular behind the main counter are just terrible. As I'm typing this review now (16:44) on a Friday. I've just returned home from trying to get myself some energy for my pre-payment card and he closed the door on me and 3 other people. Said "we're closed" and locked the door! The opening times on the sign and on Google maps clearly state that they close at 5:30pm. there is a scruffy hand written note in the window to say that revised times mean that they close at 5pm, until further notice (i'm sure the sign has been there for months now) so why do they close over 50 minutes earlier? This is the second time that it has happened to me. The first time, I was attempting to buy energy again. The middle aged woman and 2 other staff members were at the main counter in their coats and the lights were turned off, clearly ready to go home. This was also over 50 minutes before (official) closing time. When I asked if I could buy some energy, the middle aged woman snapped at me "we can't, it's down!" I asked if the machine was broken or wether she just didn't want to serve me. She just snapped again "yes, it's down!" I was left without electric that night- my own fault for not buying more sooner, but when I have a post office just around the corner, I didn't think I'd need to prepare for staff wanting to close up almost an hour early to go home.
And him! He is so rude and abrupt, looks at you like you're stupid if you have to ask him to repeat something, instructs what to do by pointing and waving his finger about. Awful, awful, awful!! If you can, go to the post office in Old Sinfin, lovely lady in there, so helpful and polite!
