Worst service Ever. Not receiving my deliveries and letters. There currently 6 items for delivery that I haven’t received, and 3letters. Not receiving my post for 3 weeks already. Including important documents.What is going on with this place? Why they don’t bring my post??? Is definitely worst service ever.

I have never had an delivery on time ever through royal mail, and with this silly 7am to 9am no sundays time schedule, i cant pick up my package!, its genuinly easy to reorder the item and wait for them to return the original.

Do you dare though? they never delivered on time before, multiple times mnore than a week late, so why now? when they miss the delivery day which you pay for its suddenly your fault, you cant even pick a different address when rebooking to make life easier for yourself.

royal mail takes joy in making your life as hard as possible.

Arranged a redelivery and waited in all morning for the parcel only to hear the post through the door and a card saying it could not be left. I was sat in the front of the house all morning and my doorbell works just fine if anyone had bothered to actually get my attention there is no way I would not have heard them. They are just lazy and cannot be bothered to deliver our parcels. This is just to get us to do their jobs for them.

It's a joke.
7am to 9am a Royal Mail depot is open to collect your parcels that you have missed.
It's a great shame of the modern world that such 7am to 9am service exists!! what reminds me of such some lazy people with so lazy brain in this world. Its kind of negetive Guinness book of world record of public service but it exists in Bexleyheath. Please treat your lazy brain ASAP and get well soon.

Had a nightmare getting the nearby ignorant man at Pickford Lane PO to help but the guys at Glenghall sorted straight away and fully explained. Open til 8 too so major bonus.

Received an email stating parcel will be delivered 21/11, I changed delivery date to 26/11 also received a confirmation email for 26/11 but delivery was attempted on 23/11. Tried to ring the number on the card that was left and got an automated message stating earliest delivery available is Tues 29/11. This is no good to me as need a weekend delivery. Not happy !!!

Poor service from Bexleyheath so many parcels and letters go missing or say attempted delivery when they haven't
