The Pond Post Office

Overcharge on prices in this post office. I asked for second class tracked shipping to which they said is £8.25 or £8.95 for first class. Bearing in mind this package weighed just under 1kg and, when checked online, suggests that the standard charge for a package of this size with tracking is about half of what they charged me. Its ridiculous. Read reviews and found out I’m not the only one that has had this issue here. Will not be coming back

It’s the highlight of my week going into this local post office. Always greeted with a smile and dealt with in a speedy and professional manner. I have read some of the negative reviews here and can honestly say I’ve never seen anyone treated rudely or without consideration even when provoked. The staff are always willing to help and give excellent advice on sending anything through the post. Shop always clean and tidy and handy ATM and Photo Booth access. A real pleasure to visit. 5 star service always. 😁

This branch has excellent customer service, the girls are so friendly and are always helpful. They gave me advice when sending important documents abroad, I was so impressed with the service. They are closed temporarily as they have had a incident in branch which has made them inaccessible, otherwise they are always open, and the times on google are correct. Thank you girls for serving the community so well and hope everything is ok.

This post office offers exceptional service. The ladies in there are always friendly and accomadating. It doesnt matter if its quiet or extremely busy they always seem to be in good spirits, serving with a beaming smile on their faces. The little things make a big difference, and the ladies there get that.

Has to be the best post office in the UK, they know every service available and are always helpful and friendly. Customer service is A1. I understand there's been a recent incident and they've been closed for the past week but hope everything is OK. Really need more local services and businesses like this one - Appreciate all the help they've given to me and my friends!
